Figeuroa Mountain is part of the Los Padres National Forest, just over the coastal range from my home in Santa Barbara, CA and adjoining the famous wine producing regions of Santa Ynez and Los Olives, CA. I went up for just one night of camping on a clear evening and created this image in challenging conditions as the sun was heading down. The cool quiet night was invigorating.
