Kodachrome Basin is tucked away in cattle country about 9 miles off the very scenic UT-12. There is a developed campground, surrounded by BLM land where primitive camping may be found. The first three days were cloudy and rainy!!! All three images are panos stitched together with LR.

Great work capturing that stormy sunset as panos. #1 for me. I love that area and you're really making me jealous since I couldn't go down on my annual fall trip this year.

Dale, nice work with some great light. The first two appear identical. Never saw the place like this when I drove by.

Thanks Jeffrey. Yes, the 1st two were taken just minuets apart. All my other visits here were always blue sky and sunny, but not this time.

Hi Dale. I particularly like the last shot with the composition, good clouds.
I've been here before but never really gave it enough time to get a quality photo. This makes me wish to return.

Beautiful! I camped there for one night with my son in law last year. We drove Cottonwood Canyon Rd. also. A "where do you stop to take photos" road!
