The lighting and exposure are excellent. It looks like there are dirty spots on the backdrop behind her, to camera left, as well as what appears to be a dust spot on the edge near the lower right corner of the shot, which are details I might suggest removing with a spot healing brush or cloning. I'm not sure what the objects in the upper corners are, and I personally would remove those as well because I can't see how they enhance the shot. I think this would be a really excellent portrait if it weren't for these details.

Daniel, thank you. Your comments are 110% “spot” on. The dirty background is really a dirty sensor, and the weird intrusions at the upper corners are edges of the lights. Proper folk would have cleaned up each of those items before posting, or, in the case of the sensor, before shooting! Mea maxima culpa, as the nuns taught me to say! Thank you again.
