p.1 #1 · Godox LED af-assist lamp - Z series compatibility?
Anyone have success getting the Godox V1-N af-assist LED beam to work on any of the Z bodies? (we all know IR beams won't work on mirrorless) I just picked up this flash, and am having no luck. I just feel the modeling lamp option won't always be okay to use in certain work situations with other photographers/videographers working nearby. (forgot to mention it has the latest 1.6 firmware also)
I have a few colleagues who use the V1-S on their sony's (a7iv/a99/a1) and the LED af-assist works for them using this flash unit.
I've tried setting my z9 in AF-S/spot meter/single shot with no luck. (Same settings on D4s and the led assist beam works fine).
