When you get your camera, I'd probably shoot some clips with various Picture Style settings to see what works best for your style.
I don't personally care for the Neutral or Faithful styles, but I sometimes find Standard too harsh. Fine Detail is a good compromise (for me); it uses the color grading from the Standard profile but with a gentler highlight curve and less destructive sharpening.
But it's all a matter of taste. Remember that you can fine tune any of the built-in Picture Styles to increase or reduce saturation, contrast, sharpness, color tone, etc.
