Hoping some are using a screen to display rolling images in your living or work space. I am thinking a larger, wall mounted screen. I already have a smaller desktop tablet.

Does it run by itself with an SD card? Computer running the display? Links for purchase are really appreciated if available. TIA!

Have you used those? It's really not clear to me how the display technology is different from a TV. Ideally it should be able handle bright lights without major washout (unlike a TV) and also exhibit none of the awful reflections of a typical Samsung.

a good review here: https://youtu.be/Q-_jFmRt44g
looks like the viewing angle is a downside, otherwise it should work.

OLEDs may be better, although i find they have glare as well, but probably need a more DIY/custom framing solution.

I was so excited about this option...easy and fit the bill. Until I delved into specs. Apparently when set up in slideshow mode, the smallest interval between images is 10!!??!! minutes. I see where many people have been complaining about this since 2019 and Samsung has still not addressed the issue in the 2022 models. That is really disappointing and a no go for me. I did find a $46 dollar work around if it will work in art mode (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B008NO9RRM/?coliid=IMGU5H85HS0X7&colid=2E3GSLRSUJO72&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it...but now have to pay more to get needed functionality...that matt finish that is supposed to address glare had better be good at nearly double the cost. I am headed to Best Buy to see what actual screen differences are.

Yeah, I am not sure either and why I am headed to Best Buy to see the difference. Sadly, the frame is a no go as the lowest interval rate between images is 10 minutes. Waaaay to long. I can get a work around for it, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B008NO9RRM/?coliid=IMGU5H85HS0X7&colid=2E3GSLRSUJO72&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it if will play with the art mode so I an control interval rate. Sad that Samsung has not addressed this issue as people have complained on forums since 2019. The frame is nearly twice the price of Samsungs higher end TV....so that matt finish to lower glare had better be really good. Otherwise, why bother?
