Cute little burrowing owlets. They are cute and very photogenic IMO.

The first three pictures (albeit a little repetitive), was on a 118degree phoenix heat wave day. I wonder how they even cope up in that heat. The little ones were hiding under the bush.

The last couple were taken on a different day at the same location. It was almost like the owls got bored of me going there every week to photograph them.

Love these little ones!!!

A delight to view Sathsy. Have you tried giving your subject a cup of coffee about 15 minutes before photographing them?

Outstanding images. The day i went over there in Scottsdale, i came home empty handed. Guess i will have to try again, maybe i need white lenses.

Matters not what these little guys do, they are so darn cute and photogenic. Love them .

ha ha... white lenses? lol. I usually go around 4:00 Pm and just hang around till 6:30. some days they come out at 4, some days at 6. I was also told they are active right after sunrise. Good Luck.
