Conopid fly Sicus ferrugineus tracking bumble bees on my front lawn. They parasitise the bees by laying an egg on them in mid flight.

Terrific images!
The shots the masters of macro get are amazing.
I agree with Harold, I want to see the in-flight egg laying.
