Very, very nice !

Fortunately not plagued by the 'mandatory' ultra sharpness 'in the right spot' and unnatural Photoshop / Portrait Pro sort of 'retouching' you nowadays only too often see in pictures of this kind.

Brings back memories of pictures I took in the 80's / 90's, and the video clips shot by Herb Ritts for e.g. Chris Isaak (Wicked Games) and Janet Jackson (Love will never do)
And of course, with the model in these images with wet short hair and lying in the water (even if just a puddle on a roof), Madonna's 'Cherish'

Would have liked a bit of grain, but hey, that's just an old man remembering Tri-X talking

Thanks so much Paul. I keep toying with the idea of shooting film again, but I never quite get there—I really do miss it though. My very first roll of film was Tri-x. I can smell the darkroom just thinking about it.

I try to keep retouching to a minimum with my work. Maybe about 20-30 minutes worth of dodging/burning and blemish removal per photo is my aim. It just takes practice, but once you get a technique down it isn't all that time consuming and the results are very gratifying.
