I sold my 200/1.8L five or six years ago. It wasn't easy, but I'm more happy now that I did, than otherwise.
Good luck.
Reminds of the old adage - The two happiest days in a man's life are they days he buys and then finally sells his 911. I still have both the 200 1.8 and the 911, and while I'm not quite ready to get rid of either, I'm getting closer on both. One is worth about what I paid for it and one is worth considerably more.
I don't really understand people recommending shorter lenses to replace the 200mm. I mean, no matter how good a Sigma 105 or 135 is, neither comes close when what you need is 200mm. The only lens that truly comes close is the 200mm f/2 and the big advantages of that are size, weight, balance, stabilization, and the biggest one of all - serviceability. I'd say, get one while you still can and don't worry about whether Canon will ever make an RF version. The EF can be used on more cameras including working very well on the Fuji GFX cameras and you can get it now.
For practicality, nothing beats the 70-200 2.8, and in most cases, as has been previously mentioned, that is a great replacement, except, y'know, when you actually need that extra stop.
