Hello friends

I’ve had my new cam for about 3 weeks and it like to freeze up and needs to be turn off and back on.

It very random, what happens is after a shot the focus square will bury itself in a corner of the screen and stays lit up green and the status light also stays green like it’s writing to the card forever.

I have to hit the Q button or turn it off and on. I’m on the latest firmware. Multiple sd cards have been tried.

Anyone have an idea what might be happening?

I've had something like this with the focus square in the bottom corner of the screen. And I wasn't able to do anything.

I found it had something to do with my touch screen. I was somehow enabling it and the focus was waiting for something. As I never use the touch screen, I turned it off in the menus. I haven't had the problem since.

Not sure if that's your issue or not but you might want to give it a try.
