Happy 4th weekend everyone! The cats woke me up at 05:22 this morning compelling me to take a visit to the local pond. It was terrible light and I was routinely shooting at 12800+ in the early morning light for a Tv of 1/2000 of the Ospreys against the canopied background. While I was dialed in with exposure to capture a green heron flying by against the sky, I caught this action out of the corner of my eye. Silly me, I thought I was in Auto ISO when I spied the Eastern Kingbird harassing the Osprey. Did the Osprey grab the Kingbird's nest? Anyhow, though underexposed by a stop or so, they cleaned up fairly well other than for some color noise.
