Selling an Intel Optane P4800X Series 375GB, 2.5inch U.2 Interface NVME SSD

This is the worlds fastest SSD, pretty amazing as a scratch disk, uses Optane memory which is far faster and higher IOPS then any consumer SSD.

This was won at a trade show, never used.

Please make sure you're aware of U.2 interface is as most desktops will need either a motherboard with a U.2 port or a PCI-E card for U.2 interface.

US buyers only please.

Interesting, so what sustained read/write speeds this achieve? I guess at high speeds cooling will be important.

Here is a good review of the P4800x

https://www.storagereview.com/review/intel-optane-ssd-dc-p4800x-review

The main difference here is most SSD's fall apart in high queue depth and in latency. The 4800x is a 3d x-point memory product not a traditional flash memory ssd.

For example, this thing would be amazing as a scratch disk for images for Lightroom or dxo optics due to the very low latency and very high performance as higher queue depth (parallel image processing/video processing)

I happen to know most of this because I use a 900p (the previous generation) and it's shocking how quickly my 970 evo plus m.2 slows down versus the 900p when I'm doing some video work on it.
