As to the dragon on my finger , it was very tolerant , letting me get very close. I started off further away and gradually moved very close. Since I was using macro lens , it was inches from the dragon fly. It would fly off and come back to the perch close to me. When it was on its perching spot, I very slowly placed my finger by its legs and very lightly touched them. It stepped on to my finger. Not sure if it was curious about me or the front end of the lens . He stayed on my finger about a minute . I actually moved my finger in front of my face and talked to it. It was a very neat experience.
