I've just acquired a Fuji S5 Pro. Whoa, what a beast. With a relatively light Sigma lens attached, it weighs more than my GFX 50 S II with the 50mm lens combo. By quite a bit. But it's fun to play with, remembering the good old days of DSLRs.
I don't have a CF card reader, and I want to transfer the images to my Mac via the USB connection. When I hook it up and turn the camera on, the camera's top screen reads "PC" and shows me a progress bar that never finishes. It's as if the Mac sees the camera but can't find the images. I looked through the settings on the camera but can't find anything that will affect this. Yeah, I could get a CF card reader, but I'd rather not if there's a way to make this work. Is it just incompatibility? The Mac is running Monterey 12.4. Any help much appreciated, thanks.
