I didn't see anything discounted on B&H yet, so this might be just a Fuji Canada promo.

It's a bummer they aren't doing a sale in the US. $500 would almost certainly have pushed me over the edge to buy the 50s II body. I had the 50R a couple years ago and miss the image detail it provided. What I really want is a 100s but could never justify it with the household CFO.

The FUJIFILM GFX50S II BODY is on sale in CA for $4475 canadian that's $3500 US

there is no any discounts. gf50 lens now new price 999usd,with 300usd discount from 1299usd...it never been 1299usd priced

I got one when they first came out and had the sale. It's my default on the camera lens. The 100S and the GF 50 fit nicely in a PD 3L.

I jumped back on the Fuji train for the GFX 50S II with the GF 35-70. Previously owned the 50R and 100S. Loved the rendering of the 50R sensor, but not so much the 100S rendering. Now back to the 50R sensor in a 100S body and I'm happy again.

I'm curious about the ways in which the 100S rendering is worse than the 50R (understanding it's individual opinions of course). I had the 50R a few years ago and just purchased a used 50SII. I thought I'd really like to have the 100S but decided to conserve funds... for now.

Purely subjective view on my part. I just liked the appearance of the 50R images and prints more than the 100S output
