Will I still get IBIS with NON Native lenses? I have a Pentax 645 120 A F4 Macro with adaptor and want to know if I can Get IBIS using this lens Thank you

Yes you do. Don’t forget to put the focal length into the camera as this will allow the gfx to ”tune” the IBIS to match the lens.

And don't forget that the camera will forget your focal length input every time you switch to a native lens and back again. Or if you go from one custom bank to another.
