Wow, I really love this image. Is the foreground a separate exposure? Anyway I like the balance from sky to foreground.

Thanks for the kind comments. Yes, foreground is a blue hour shot. Foreground has to be a different exposure because the camera is on a star tracker. And a night time long exposure for the foreground is tough because with a new moon, there is very little natural light.
