Not my normal processing, but I’m starting to embrace lower contrast and less sharpness. Some simple honeysuckle starting to bloom.

The sharpness of the one anther allows one's focus to engage the entire flower without conflict.
Toning is a a personal tool. It does this image well!

We are about a month behind in our honeysuckle blooms.

Honeysuckle is also a very edible flower! Especially if you pull off the flower. There is a very sweet honey tasting drop of liquid there. Taste it!
I guess that is why they called it honeysuckle!

Ha, I got that part down (though these were spared!) Grew up with a bush in the backyard, we used to pick it clean!
