Looking for lower cost ballhead for travelling. I have a Wimberley gimbal but find it's very heavy to pack and takes lots of space.
I shoot Sony A1 and 600f4.

Jobu Jr. 3 is my gimbal head of choice for travel and otherwise lately. Small and light enough to be nimble for travel but sturdy enough to support your gear. I had and sold my Wimberley WH-200 for the reasons you stated.

Thanks for the suggestion. I may in future do what you did. I'm looking for a ball head at the moment.

That looks really good. Of course I left it too late to order as I'm leaving next Tuesday and getting things shipped to me in Canada takes forever.
