Some pseudo macro shots I took hand held while walking the trails last month with the telephoto. Wish I had my tripod with me at the time, but that's how it goes.

Fuji 100-400 @ 400mm
One is at f/5, the others f/8. In hindsight likely could have gone a little higher, the stabilization works surprisingly well at times.
