Wow! Do you have Eagle Eyes! Or a fantastic monitor. What kind do you have?
There were a LOT of dust spots in the image. Guess I need to improve my spotting technique in Photoshop! I have to believe you're seeing my poor technique rather than any remaining spots. I can't see the problem on my screen (iMac 2019 27" Retina) and I KNOW where to look! It doesn't show up in prints (I think!)
I no longer have that camera (released 2003). This image is from 2006.
I can't take any credit for the composition. This view was right off the porch in front of my living room in Prescott, AZ. Not much room to move around to change the perspective!
The light and color was pretty much as you see it here that evening, although by the time I took this frame, it had gotten pretty dark and it took a 3 sec exposure at ISO 100 and f/8. That probably increased the image saturation a bit. There are some amazing atmospherics at sunset in that part of the world. The sun was setting behind me and the red sky was throwing light on the scene. The view is toward the northeast.
Actually sunset colors I saw in Tucson and Phoenix were even more intense than this. When you see the vivid replications of the sky colors in pottery by some of the indigenous artists of that area, it seems that they are exaggerating. That is, until you see your first really dramatic desert sunset. Then you're a believer.
Thanks for looking and your thoughtful comments!

Lol..."eagle eyes". I have dual Dell 24" Pro screens. Nothing fancy, but I still see the faint outlines of them. Kind of stuck out to me instantly actually.
As for the saturation...I completely understand that nature will, on occasion, create such saturation. I have experienced this myself a few times in the past 7+ years of landscape shooting. A few times I had to dial down the Saturation and Vibrance sliders -20 to -30 because nature's saturation was just too much for my taste. Totally not meant to be a hit on your image, just a preference. If it was cropped on the top just a bit more, and some reduced saturation in the reds, this would display extremely well as a home's centerpiece at 5-7 ft wide.
