I think you are going to find that LEDs are nowhere near bright enough, especially just one panel.
Expect to need to run the ISO up considerably to get any meaningful result at all. You may need several light panels if trying to take portraits. LED panels are reasonably soft in light output due to the high number of light sources within them. The small round COB LED lights are nearly useless for portrait photography. They produce a harder light, so soft boxes with diffusers are needed or umbrellas to spread and soften their light They just aren't bright enough for this yet.
I have my small studio 19 X 26' shooting room presently set up with eight GVM-480 LS light panels to light an area with one 8' long banquet table, two chairs and two subjects who will be explaining and demonstrating some health food products. For this, I need about 2/3 of the studio area lit as evenly as possible, so no significant shadows as the subjects move around (much like a TV News Stage). The panels are all set for 5600 K and 70% power right now, and I'm experimenting to see if I've got the light amount needed and as shadow free as possible. It seems good, but I may need to change the power and angle of a few of the panels still yet. I've quit for the night. It's 11:30 here now.
Ask more questions, if you need to. I'll check back to see tomorrow about noon time. Except for doing video, in my opinion, LED lights are not bright enough for most portrait photography, yet, unless you have a very fat wallet. You can get away with less, but even light when doing videos.
