During my one week stay in Jungfraujoch region I had an opportunity to hike to Bhalphsee. It's an alpine lake about an hour hike from First. Bhalphsee is Switzerland's most beautiful and popular lakes in Jungfrau region. Located at 7430ft altitude surrounded by green pastures and incredible backdrop of snow capped mountains. The views are stunning and ever changing. During my visit, it rained really hard for may be 5 minutes but definitely felt like it was longer than that. Luckily, we had prepared for rain and the rain gear was handy. It was also super windy and clouds moving in and out. Light was constantly changing. Not one of the most ideal conditions to photograph but I did the best I could. At one point I sopped photographing and just took it all in from one of the benches by the lake. Just an incredible place! Here are few images from my hike to Bhalphsee.

Thanks Jung and David, the pictures really don't do justice to this place. The landscape is absolutely incredible and one I encountered rain, strong wind, and clouds constantly moving in and out. At one point, I just stopped taking pictures and just took it all in. Beautiful place and would love to be back under better weather. Unfortunately, when touring sometimes one just doesn't have time on hand. Thanks
