p.1 #1 · p.1 #1 · Road to Spiti Landscapes

Spiti is a remote district in Northern India, located between India & Tibet. I finally was able to travel to the road that leads to Spiti, which is quite lovely in its own right. But poor road conditions prevented our car from traveling further, so we walked a ways instead. At 10,500 feet the thin air was obvious after an hour's worth of walking, but the sharp wind was bracing nonetheless. Taken with a manual Minolta MD 35-70mm f3.5 lens and Sony A7r3.

Since this is my first attempt at serious landscape photography, I would appreciate any commentary.

Thanks,

-Charles

Very amazing views you are sharing here. It seems it was very difficult to find the perfect angle to get a wide panoramic view. Practically every way you turn and everything you see is worth capturing.

What a rugged country, this part of Himachal Pradesh. Thanks for posting.
