Thanks for the comment, Tony. The main benefit I have found so far is better noise performance at higher ISOs and the higher megapixel makes a huge difference when it comes to cropping. I can do a lot heavier cropping and have more usable images than I could with the 7D II. In good lighting where the subject is fairly close, both cameras are capable of producing great images. So far, happy with the upgrade and am still learning all the new settings, so stay tuned
