The shutter speed is not 1s, it is a mistake. I have the Sony A660, regards

Gotta go with the Torrent Duck as you can't set those up! I've seen that bird in Colombia and Ecuador but never at such photographic range. Envious of your lovely encounter!

Sometimes photographing Torrent Duck is relatively easy and other times it is quite difficult, in Guango Lodge in Ecuador it is the best place to try to photograph it since you have a path along the river and you can be close to take good photos, greetings.
