Thank you Bobby. The other ship is a tanker on the top left. It’s faint though. I posted this at 1600px which I believe is the highest resolution allowed. If that’s wrong, please let me know and I can post a higher res version.

That is how I am learning to "see" Alfredo..In monochrome....it is an art!
I use the term "B&W" when actually it isn't! It is monochrome. Have to stop that!

Totally agree Dan. It’s not merely converting a color image in post. It’s about seeing the tones while in the field and knowing when monochrome works and when it doesn’t.

I was just thinking about how some of us (like me...) have had to unlearn how to see in monochrome. I started with BW film, and it wasn't until later that I did color. ;-)
