Thanks Dan! All were shot with my 500mm PF, not my macro lens. The Swallowtail was about 15 feet and then cropped heavily.Not bad I think for the 500PF pulling double duty

Very cool. I just tried some bees on sunflowers with the 500PF this weekend. I do kind of miss the MFD of the 200-500, but feel like the 500PF lets you crop deeper anyway, so it works out
