Here are several images taken last Saturday with my DJI Mavic 2 Pro. I kayaked into the Skagit River Estuary about four miles to be in position for using the drone. The estuary is a maze, but I have gradually learned my way around it. This area is only six miles from my home. I am very lucky to live nearby!

Do you maintain a GPS signal when kayaking or do you bring a really big lunch?

Brad, thanks! I launch, and fly, the drone from land. I did bring a nice lunch on this trip!

Jeffrey, Thanks! I agree. I have enjoyed the beauty of the estuary from a kayak many times, but seeing it from above does give a very different perspective.
