The following photos were taken a week to 10 days ago at the Washington state coast oyster beds. The Eagles, Juveniles, Blue Herons, Sea Gulls, and crows were having great time competing for the midshipman fish at low tide. Annually about this time of year the midshipman fish come up from the depths and lay their eggs under the oyster beds, at low tide the fish are exposed and the action begins. There were many photo opportunities at once and you had to pick your shot, and I had allot of fun photographing and watching the activity. A couple days good shooting and meeting photographers from local and other parts of the country.

Excellent and enjoyable images, Chris! I know some folks that go there to photograph the bird extravaganza, including some fights. I believe @Tim Kuhn was there, too.
