I placed a birdhouse for the first time in my backyard and did not expect too much. Luckily a pair of house wren took my offer and started to raise the babies. Both adults work hard to bring back the insects every few minutes. It is hard for me to tell male from female and I have not seen the babies yet since they are in the depths of the birdhouse.

Any comments are appreciated.

Excellent photos! It's nice to get such nice photos without leaving home. The birdhouse investment paid off.
