Greetings,

A little while ago I decided to buy the 1X simply for when I do bike races, F1 and other events. I take a lot of pictures where I have exhausted my E-M1 Mark 3 2 battery system. It is somewhat clumsy switching batteries.

To make it easier I thought I could buy the BCU in Canada. Well, OM DS customer service said no only if you live in the U.S.

Guess what, none of the U.S. stores can order it. I wanted 2 of these as I have extra batteries and lose only 20 seconds between BCUs.

Any ideas how to get them?

Is it billing or shipping that's stopping you.

There's no easy answer to billing, but for shipping you can use a freight forwarding service like Stackry to provide a US shipping address.

There is a cost, and it's not small on a $53 item, but it is a solution.

The shipping service and setup has become very expensive. It will end up double the price.
