First for me since moving to Alberta. A photographer friend of mine asked if I wanted to go for a day shoot to photograph these beautiful wild horses. My friend has a large truck, so glad I went with him as my little Corolla may not have survived as some of the roads were quite rough. Here is a sample from the shoot. Pictures taken March 5, 2021, in the Municipal District of Bighorn No. 8 of Alberta. Hope you enjoy. Was a really fun experience photographing these. We came across several herds in our travels through this area.

What a great adventure to be able to go out and photograph wild horses! Of the set, I am partial to #1 and the next to last photo.

Thanks. Appreciate the comment. It was a pleasure to photograph them. Lucky day for sure, as we came across several herds. It can be hit or miss in finding them.
