Technically spot-on, but misses just a bit for me artistically.

He is neither centered or in the right third. Just feels awkward, and not in a purposeful way.

Lighting, while not bad, is flat. I would have preferred an emphasis on one side or the other, rather than have his face lit evenly.

Exposure is a bit hot, but background blur is *perfect*.
