Rajan, very appropriate image for passing of 2020! Hopefully, 2021 will be work in progress for getting some normalcy back in our lives. I believe you are have a great time exploring and photographing Iceland with virtually zero visitors!!

Yes, with the island virtually empty of visitors, it was an unbelievably good year photography-wise. It was like taking a walk back in time to the pre-mass travel era. This opportunity is unlikely to arise again in my lifetime and I made the most of it.

On a more serious note, the sun was reddish pink that evening. The conversion of my files from ProPhoto workspace to sRGB for displaying on the web shifted the Hue more towards pink. I have compensated for this shift a little in my blog post. Here is the first image -
