Yes, great timing. It does not need NR, in my opinion. A tighter crop would improve it a lot.

Wow, that's awesome timing!!

There is some noise in the sky, agreed with Morris. Regarding the crop, seagull on the right and the wave in the foreground are very nice touches but cropping them out does make the image more impactful, IMO.
