I posted these photos on various Facebook groups. I had never seen wing tags like these before. Needless to say, they created a bit of a stir. Turns out, this bird was part of a tagging program based in Ontario. It was originally tagged on Nottawasaga Island, off Collingwood, Ontario, in 2012, as a part of this project....
