Yeah, not bad for 4MP. Pretty costly back then per megapixel; camera with the fixed lens: $3,000CDN, $2,300US at today's exchange rate.

Nice shot Tony great quality. I remember I bought a used Canon 1D the first professional Digital camera from Canon (4MP) to shoot my daughter playing university soccer at the time and got some amazing shots for only 4MP

Thanks Dave. Yes, I would have bought the 1D with a 100-400 at that time, but that would have cost 4-5 times as much.

Ahhh those times seemed so far away now! Never owned that camera but the original digital rebel from Canon with only 6.3MP.
You captured amazing detail with only 4!

Thanks Juan. It is a good thing for camera companies that they have improved and added so many other helpful features that make us want to upgrade.
