I know the comet NEOWISE furor has come and gone, but this shot is special to me. My son and I went out to a local landmark in central Kansas called Teter Rock to see comet NEOWISE. Nice and dark (and we turned around so I could show him the Milky Way for the first time). I'm pleased. He is too. He's 5 and I hope he can remember this forever.

Thank you. That was so much fun. I dimly remember Hale Bopp 23 years ago. I wish I could have had a photo like this with my dad.
