I was always interested in this building because where it is situated on my drive home from the office and when this VW was parked on the side of it, I flipped a u-turn and had to test out this new lens that arrived that morning.

A visit to what used to be a cold war airfield, now a museum (R.A.F Gatow).

All taken with the A7c and - due to rather elderly laptop and software - converted from ARW files to TIFFs then exported to LR 5 for "developing", then to an old version of Photoshop for cropping, straightening etc.

First photo is the Reims Aviation Skyhawk II with which a young German by the name of Mathias Rust, in May 1987 flew from Helsinki and landed in Red Square, Moscow.

Next is a Panavia Tornado IDS of the German Air Force.

And lastly a rather nice looking and privately owned Boeing Stearman 75.
