The fog is back. Surprised that this gull was willing to sit still for 30 seconds. Enjoy and thanks for looking - comments welcome.

Awesome! I would clean up the white spots and 2 dust spot top center.

Thanks for the kind words!
Good catch - I posted the wrong version. Cleaned up the dust spots.

Wow. Makes me feel like I am standing there looking out at this amazing scene. Outstanding image. I don't know about cleaning up the "white spots". I mean gulls are gulls. If it were mine, I might crop the out of focus rock on the bottom out.

Thanks - agree about white spots. I don't like to eliminate what the camera saw. In replacing the first one I inadvertently put one in that had OOF rocks. That's been cropped out in what I hope is the correct version.

Phil,

Another great one. Love the composition and processing. They are amazingly patient birds. I have numerous long exposures where they are pretty sharp due to not moving.

I have some great ones from earlier this week when we were getting the good sunsets. I will try to post a few.

Very nice composition! The layers definitely evoke a mood. Nicely done.

I cannot see the dust spots mentioned by another poster.

Wonderful shot with the layers of fog. My suggestion is to crop the bottom of the photo to just below the bird droppings as the foreground doesn't add to the photo in my opinion. I would also remove the bird droppings as they distract from the rest of the photo. The seagull is a nice touch.

Splendid photo. The bird (sea gull?) seems slightly soft but could be fixed with something like Topaz Sharpen AI.
