Yes, I do. Makes no difference, as the dust is behind the front element.

Mine’s a few moths old, seldom used (Covid), but it does have 3 specks of dust :/
I’m too poor to faff around exchanging it. Going to have to do,I havent noticed it affecting photos. They must get in during the zooming motion?

I also don't want to get rid of this lens because of this, as I like imagaes it produces (its size not that much) .
I think that the dust would have to get further inside to actually affect output?

That looks like a relatively straightforward procedure. Good to know for the future.

One advantage to getting older is I see less and less dust

Does this internal dust issue also affect the 14-24mm DG DN?

A little disconcerting for the upcoming 70-200mm DG DN.

Probably not; the 24-70mm extends as it zooms, creating air suction. The 14-24mm is internal zoom.

For what it's worth I just followed the video and cleaned mine and it was pretty easy and now mine looks much better.

As far as the reason for the dust, I might be totally wrong, but I think the issue is some kind of coating on the back of the front element that the dust sticks to. I was able to easily blow the dust of the moving section, but when I tried blowing off the rear of the front element, the dust just stayed in place. I figured I'm already this far in, so I grabbed some lens tissues and was able to clean the dust off no problem, but I did notice a bit of smearing as I was cleaning it off. So I think the reason it might be so dust prone is that there is a layer of something on the back of the front element and the dust sticks to it. I'm guessing it gets the same amount of dust intrusion as many other lenses, but with other lenses it gets blown back out or moved around in the lens, where this one sticks to the back of the front element.

Was it tricky to get the front trim ring to come off the lens? And did it go back on cleanly/easily?

I tried (very tentatively) to take the ring off, and it didn't want to budge.

It came off fairly easily. I tried the card method in the video and it didn't seem like it was working so I used a spudger tool like this.

https://www.ifixit.com/Store/Tools/iFixit-Opening-Tool/IF145-335?o=2&gclid=CjwKCAjwkdL6BRAREiwA-kiczFmQUNlYKO5MLSs1s82weSzzNlvtKcm_0jLWiKftZTAYm4Tsr4xHZxoCgQUQAvD_BwE

The trick was to just hold gentle pressure while prying up on the ring and you'll feel it slowly coming loose. Once I could feel it coming a tiny bit loose I moved around the perimeter of the ring using the same method and it can off cleanly. Took maybe 40 seconds because I was being cautious.

My Tamron has just a single spec of dust after over a year of heavy usage. Been thinking about upgrading to the sigma for the superior build quality and 24mm but maybe not any more...

Dusts aside, for anyone who is interested, this lens is $900 at B&H for another few hours:

I have had mine since January and used it quite a bit.I just took it out to look at it under a lamp, it has about the same amount of dusts like the OP's, which is a lot. But I have never noticed them in my pictures. I always use some sort of filter on it, clear or CPL.

In case anyone was curious, Sigma apparently has said

There have been updates to the housing to make the lens much more dust resistant.

This has taken affect on serial numbers starting with 5504 and above. According to slickdeals, this fix has been around since at least December 2020 and Sigma fixes it under warranty, though some retailers still have older stock.

Do warranties still unofficially transfer beyond the original owner?

That's interesting, I started the original DPreview thread after buying a used lens with terrible dust issues. I bought it again when it went on sale, and after a lot of regular use in all kinds of conditions, my lens is still clean inside. Since its been so good, I thought they may have quietly improved it.

I sent mine to Sigma and they replaced the rear housing(?). So my lens now has a different serial # because the serial # is engraved in the rear housing. I haven't used it much since I got it back so I can't say the dust issue has been fixed or not.
