Was hiking through Jay Cooke State Park and stumbled upon this whitetail deer. I was actually paying attention to some birds on the other side of the trail when I glanced over and saw the deer staring me down. Not sure which of us was more startled. Deer never broke my gaze as I raised the camera, snapped off several shots, and continued down the trail. CC welcome.
