I was a little intimidated by all the amazing photographs everyone's been posting these last few days. I almost contemplated waiting until next week to post this image, but there will probably be just as amazing photographs next week too, haha. Been wonderful looking at everyone's art lately, especially with travel being so limited.
Anyways, I'm going through the archives like others and processed this one a bit further. I managed to sneak away from the wife and kids for a couple hours in the morning when in Yosemite last year (6am-10am) and got this shot. The meadows were flooded due to the surge of water from the Merced, so this reflection no longer existed this year when I checked it out. It was a meadow full of 2 foot tall grass, without any water to be seen. Crazy how much it can change year to year.
This was taken in Yosemite National Park next to the meadow below Cathedral Rocks.
