Excellent work on the Orioles, somehow seem to be missing a bit of the orange hue in the chest but may be due to maturity?

There is something that is a bit of challenge for me on the Kestrels images, some are so sharp (and lifelike) that they appear as highly detailed painting and the others look more natural to me.
All comments positive, input from me is new territory as I adjust to the spectacular details you accomplished!

NEVER have I seen such unique kestral portraits, Pius--outstanding job finding the subjects, let alone photographing it! The orioles pop right off the page--an absolute joy to see!

Awesome images of the AK and the first 2 are just off the chart, Pius! Was that the same lizard that the AK had in the beak in the first 2 images and the last one?

I think the color is just off a bit or different profile or maybe different light than I had. This is the same male Oriole I posted last week and in my shots I can see more orange (less yellow) hue on the top chest area.

I was shooting the bird in full sun and it had more of a yellow look, soon as the bird moved to the shaded area it would turn this dark orange color, a blind man with a stick could see the difference.. but it depends on your perception of yellow and orange.....

The first two kestrel images are spectacular!
The best I can say for the others is they are amazing and superb.

Raw file, no editing... just cropped.. waiting for it to fly hence the high shutter speed... in shade.
