I haven't posted here in a while...I guess too busy with the shutdown!
We were fortunate to get in a great trip to India in February of this year. This was our fourth visit to this amazing country. One of the goals of the trip was to see tigers. We had gone to one of the tiger parks a few years ago on our first trip and were shut out. This time we did see a few tigers, including a couple at very, very close (as in petting distance) range. But there are lots of other critters in the park (Tadoba NP, highly recommended). Of course there are lots of monkeys around. The most interesting sighting we had was of a large family of langur monkeys, with a newborn. Our guide said it looked like it was only a day or two old. Amazing to watch all the monkeys taking care of this little one. Anyway, I'm still going through my pics and will post more, but here is one of the newborn langur cradled in the arms of mom with others close by to help.
