Had always wanted to photograph these cactus and finally got a chance spring of 2019. Who needs clouds when you have these creatures! And watch your step
Looks like it's in the Pinto Basin area somewhat near the Cholla Garden. I know the place well, and also love photographing it, especially at night. That south east section of the park has less light pollution from the Palm Desert area flooding into MW core shots.
