There seems to be lots of Wood Ducks around the ponds currently, must mean we're going to start seeing some baby Wood Duck pretty soon.

What a treat to see, Louie! I don't think I'll ever tire of their fabulous plumage and you've done them justice here!

I've heard them. I've managed a glance or two through emergent vegetation and densely-forested wetland. They've teased plenty but so far, no views like yours (well maybe the taking off, but as you know, that happens too fast!).

Thanks for the posting--and the inspiration to keep trying.

Hey Louie I'm a fan of #3 the launch shot, I just like all the elements that tell a story, very nice
