The comments on this thread perfectly resonates the emotion felt, while looking at this image. The tranquility is basically pouring out of its seams. I would say, this image has the power to be one of those "...goes on forever" type of deals. Good job!

The composition fits the image. The light touch of clouds and soft ripple of the water comes together perfectly. One of those images that proves there are not any true rules to photography composition, but ultimately only has to fit one criteria, does it work or does it not work? This works, even if the reason is not quantifiable.

It looks really nice. How did you get this picture, OP? I even wanted to go fishing after seeing this photo. BTW, fishing... Hmm... When the quarantine ends I will go fishing for sure. Last year I've found some perfect Nihon Fishing Reels (one of my friends found these for me) and bought a whole set. Never tested it because didn't have a chance last year and this year there is quarantine everywhere the lakes and the rivers are closed. But I know they are good - this friend of mine I mentioned before, used them.

I was on the bridge, the water was like glass and there were a few clouds in the sky, I saw that guy coming slowly, very slowly so I wait until he was on the clouds or close.
